INTERNATIONAL FUND FOR COOPERATION AND PARTNERSHIP OF THE BLACK SEA AND THE CASPIAN SEA

International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea

International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea is a non-governmental organization, established by the initiative of the Black Sea and Caspian Sea region government structures on March 4, 2009 in Bucharest, inspired by a common idea of the President of Romania, H.E. Traian Basescu, and the President of Azerbaijan, H.E. Ilham Aliyev. The founders of the Fund are academics, scientists and distinguished public figures from Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Kyrgyzstan, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Republic of Turkey and Ukraine. Later, Russian Federation, Republic of Bulgaria and Republic of Serbia have joined us in order to fulfill our goals. And in 2012 the representatives from three more countries became the members of the BSCSIF Board of Directors: Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Belarus.
